Jacksonville to Miami

Pedal for Progress 2026 is a mission-driven fundraising ride from Jacksonville to Miami taking place in Q1. This journey supports Cherry Willow Apparel’s work to end homelessness through education, advocacy, and community-centered action.

Our vision is to change how the world perceives homelessness by leveraging fashion as a catalyst for awareness and connection. Through ethically sourced apparel and data-informed storytelling, we elevate proven solutions that help individuals move from crisis to long-term stability.

About the Ride

Over several days, Cherry Willow Apparel Founder Matt Fogarty will cycle more than 350 miles across the state of Florida. The route includes stops in major cities, where we will serve alongside shelters, outreach teams, youth programs, and shared-housing providers.

Cycling is an intentional choice. For many people experiencing homelessness, a bicycle is their primary form of transportation. This ride highlights the daily realities individuals face navigating long distances, limited resources, and systemic barriers just to meet basic needs.

Why This Matters

Homelessness affects hundreds of thousands of individuals and families every year, creating challenges that extend far beyond the loss of housing. Cherry Willow Apparel is committed to changing the narrative by grounding our work in data-backed, human-centered solutions.

We are more than a fashion brand. Cherry Willow Apparel is a platform for awareness, empowerment, and community reintegration, combining advocacy, technology, and housing-focused initiatives to support sustainable outcomes.
